Account Withdrawal Options
Withdrawal requests will only be accepted once the client have provided complete information and documents to keep their trading account active which are uploaded on the site or the trading platform secure client area. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method which was used to fund the account. While the clients may only withdraw from the current available funds, withdrawal requests may only be cancelled once the request has not been processed.
Should the payment option used to fund the account become unavailable for an indefinite period of time, an alternate method may be used, providing that the Client submits the most recent statement (not older than 2 weeks) of proof from the bank regarding the account’s unavailability.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day. Clients may expect the withdrawal payments within three (3) to five (5) business days.
Withdrawals through bank or wire transfers are processed within one (1) business day, and clients may receive the funds withdrawn from four (4) to seven (7) business days after the approval of the request.
Electronic Payments / E-Wallet
General electronic payment withdrawal processing takes one (1) business day. The Client may receive his withdrawal funds instantly to one (1) business day.
